Rhino Premium 6x8 - Colour Finish
The Rhino Premium 6x8 greenhouse takes everything that makes our Classic the best-selling greenhouse in its class and adds meaningful upgrades right across the board. You’ll get two double roof vents (not singles), fully automatic roof openers, two five-blade louvre side vents, integral gutters and downpipes, hanging basket rails, a low threshold doorway and a strong integral base, all as standard.
We’ve also added T-section bracing at every strut of the eaves and ridge for even greater rigidity, and fitted storm locks to every vent so you can disengage the openers and lock your Rhino down completely when the gales sweep in. Choose from a range of beautiful powder-coated colour finishes, each one covered by our 25-year guarantee alongside the frame. Don’t settle for ordinary when you can have the extraordinary.
You’ll love having a Rhino in your garden. It’s the perfect environment for your plants and it looks beautiful too. We design and manufacture the Rhino Premium right here in our UK (East Harling, Norfolk) factory and sell direct to you, so you’ll always deal with the experts and will never find a cheaper price anywhere. You can only buy Rhinos directly from us - no middle person bumping up the cost.
What's the difference between a Rhino Classic and a Rhino Premium?
The difference between a Classic and a Premium is one of the most common questions in the Rhino owner community. The Premium has:
- A stronger frame thanks to the T-section bracing
- Better ventilation with double roof vents (giving you more glass area opening for improved airflow)
- Storm locks so you can secure every vent when high winds are forecast
- The choice of a beautiful colour finish in shades like Silver Sage, Midnight Slate, Olive Green, Blue Grass and Clay Grey. If you live near the coast, the powder-coated finish also provides an extra layer of protection against salt air, for example.
Should you consider adding accessories?
At 6ft 5ins wide and 8ft 4ins long with a ridge height of 7ft 7ins, the Premium 6x8 is compact enough for most gardens but spacious enough to be seriously productive. Owners regularly add staging (the fixed staging fits around 12 standard seed trays on the top tier and 20 on the bottom), blinds for summer shade control, and a water butt connected to the integral downpipes. This setup will give you the potential to grow so many different variety of flowers, veg, fruit and herbs whilst all being protected from the elements, all year around.
Helpful tip for the Rhino Community
We have a Facebook community page full of useful tips and tricks. People who have been there and done, made mistakes on the way all share their experiences; it's a goldmine of information for like minded gardeners. If you’re choosing a colour, you might like to know that owners in the community have found some lovely Farrow & Ball paint matches for staging and fencing: Silver Sage pairs beautifully with French Gray, Blue Grass with Castle Gray, and Clay Grey with Charleston Gray. It’s a small detail, but it really does make the whole setup look considered.
Professional installation typically takes less than a day. Alternatively, if you’d rather do it yourself, we provide detailed installation guides with your greenhouse. We're also only at the end of the phone too. The Rhino team are based at the factory in Norfolk and are ready to help - get in touch here.
