Rhino Classic 6x8 Tuscan Olive

Rhino Classic 6x8 Tuscan Olive

The 6x8 is one of the most popular greenhouse sizes, and it’s easy to see why. It fits beautifully into most gardens, gives you real growing space for everything from tomatoes and peppers to herbs and hanging basket plants. The Rhino Classic 6x8 greenhouse comes with more included as standard than any other greenhouse in its class.

You’ll get two roof vents with automatic openers, two five-blade louvre side vents, integral gutters and downpipes, hanging basket rails, a low threshold doorway and a heavy-duty integrated base, all included. With 60% more aluminium in its frame than rivals, Grade A 4mm toughened safety glass (a full third thicker than standard, with specially rounded edges), and the unique Rhino glazing system that actually holds the glass tighter the stronger the wind blows, this is a greenhouse built to last.

Backed by a 25-year guarantee and sold direct from our Norfolk factory, so you’ll deal with the experts at every step.

What can you use a 6x8 greenhouse for?

You’ll love having a Rhino in your garden. It’s the perfect environment for your plants and it looks beautiful too. Our owners regularly tell us they’re surprised by just how productive a 6x8 can be. One grower uses his with a small heater and some bubble wrap insulation to grow year-round: spring onions, lettuce, herbs, chillies, tomatoes, celery, cauliflower, kohlrabi and much more.

Another describes hers simply as ‘my little sanctuary’ and has added blinds for temperature control on sunny days, staging for her seed trays, and a water butt connected to the downpipes.

If you’re new to greenhouse growing, the 6x8 is a brilliant place to start. You’ll have enough room to experiment with different crops, get a feel for temperature management through the seasons, and learn what works for you. The integrated base means you can place your Rhino on soil or hardstanding, so there’s no need to spend hundreds on a specialist foundation. And with our self-assembly helpline available seven days a week, you’ll have support whether you build it yourself or bring in one of our recommended professional installers.

A handy tip from the Rhino community

If you’re planning raised beds inside, it’s worth checking the louvre vent positioning before you finalise your layout. Single tier raised beds won't impact the louvre openings but the handle on louvre will be blocked by a double tier raised bed. Give our sales team a ring and they’ll be happy to advise.
